Most hypnotists learned their craft from a book or a weekend seminar. Tony Z learned his inside a working clinical practice — spending years using hypnosis to help real people overcome real problems. Fear. Anxiety. Habits they couldn’t break on their own. He understood the human mind from the inside out.
At the same time, he was spending his nights in comedy clubs — reading rooms, finding rhythms, learning what makes a crowd lean forward instead of checking their phones. He was building something nobody else had: the instincts of a performer fused with the discipline of a clinician.
Then came the question that changed everything: What would happen if these two worlds met on the same stage? The answer is the show you’re about to discover — and no, there’s nothing else like it.

The Induction — Real, Live, Unscripted
Volunteers from the audience — no plants, no actors, no rehearsal — are guided through a clinical induction Tony has refined over 15+ years of professional practice. This isn’t a trick. It’s applied psychology on a live stage. The audience watches in genuine disbelief as their coworkers respond to suggestions they never could have faked.

Before You Book
Is the hypnosis real, or is it staged?
It’s completely real. Tony is a certified clinical hypnotist with 15+ years of professional practice. No volunteers are pre-selected, pre-briefed, or instructed to act. What you see on stage is exactly what happens.
Can the show be appropriate for all ages or corporate audiences?
Yes — Tony offers a fully clean version for corporate events, family audiences, college dry events, and any occasion where that’s needed. The comedy and energy stay the same.
What does the venue need to provide?
A stage or performance area, PA/sound system, basic lighting, and chairs for volunteers. No elaborate tech setup required. Tony travels with his own props.
How far in advance should I book?
4–8 weeks in advance is ideal. Tony’s calendar fills fast, especially fall semester (Sep–Nov) and holiday season (Nov–Jan). For short-notice needs, call directly.
Does Tony perform virtually?
No. The Tony Z Hypnosis Show is a live, in-person experience only. There is no virtual version available.
